Help Us Feed Our Neighbors – Join Our June Food Drive!

In today’s challenging economy, keeping food on the table has become increasingly difficult for many families in our community. That’s why The Arc of Harrisonburg and Rockingham is stepping up to help. Through the support of the MLK Day of Service Grant, we are hosting a Community Food Drive to collect non-perishable items for families in need throughout our area.

📍 Drop-off Location:

Walmart on Burgess Road, Harrisonburg, VA

🗓️ Collection Dates & Times:

We’ll be accepting food donations from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM on the following days:

• Monday, June 2

• Tuesday, June 3

• Wednesday, June 4

• Monday, June 9

• Tuesday, June 10

• Wednesday, June 11

Whether you’re doing your weekly grocery run or just want to lend a hand, consider picking up a few extra items to donate. Every can, box, and bag makes a difference!

🤝 Volunteer With Us

We are also seeking friendly and reliable volunteers to help staff our donation tables at Walmart. Volunteers will greet donors, accept food items, and share information about The Arc’s mission to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
